Balabolka Free Text to Speech Program

Here is a very good 11 minute video about one of my favorite free programs that reads text aloud called Balabolka. This video is by Michelle Graham at Missouri Western State University Adaptive Technology department. This is a really detailed video on the various features of this really great little free program.
