Ereaders were designed for everyone but they are especially useful for people who need larger print. They allow you to select the size and style of print you prefer. Before Ereaders bookstores offered a very limited variety of books in larger print, most often not best sellers. Today millions of books including most best sellers and increasingly even text books are available to be read on Ereaders. Many Ereaders have a built in dictionary for easy access to word meanings and some also include a light.
The Kindle Ereader's clear dark glare free print with text size adjustment is ideal for people who need larger print. They are also very light.
The Kobo Ereader is similar to the Kindle with the added advantage of allowing you to download free books from public libraries across Canada. They too allow the reader to adjust text sizes and font styles.
